Arrival

Your room will be ready for you from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Please enter the register form.

Adapters

and chargers We have a selection of common power and charging adapters available for you at reception. You can borrow them for a deposit.

Babyequipment

We provide babybeds, babychairs, Babyphones, changing mats … etc. Please ask at the reception desk.

Bank

The Sparkasse Tauberfranken is located directly opposite the hotel on Sonnenplatz. An ATM is located in the lobby.

Bathroom

We are happy to provide bathrobes, bathroomstools, razers, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and everything else you could need during your stay. Please consult the reception staff.

Bicycles

You can park your bicycles in our garage. E-bikes can be charged for free.

You like to rent a bike? Contact our Reception or visit “Fahrrad Schunder” in Hauptstraße 96.

 Blankets

You will find an extra blankte in your wardrobe. If you wish, we can provide you with an additional duvet.

Breakfast

Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Saturday to Sunday and public holidays from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Please understand that it is not permitted to take away food. We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you for a day out or for your journey home for a fee of 10,-€. For an additional charge of 10,-€ you can also have breakfast in your room. Please inform us the evening before.

Cigarettes

Cigarettes can be found at our cigarette vending machine.

Our hotel is equipped with free WIFI:

For a deposit of 50,-€ you can lend a Tablet at our reception.

Copies

If you need to copy something, please asku our reception staff. You’ll get a copy for a fee of 0,30€ per sheet. We can also scan something for you.

Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. at the latest and to hand in the room key at reception.

Dry cleaning

We are happy to bring your clothes to dry cleaning. Please contact our reception staff.

Entrance

For your security our hotel is locked at night. You will get in with your room key.

Express Checkout

Please pay your room the night before. You can also deposit your credit card.

Flowers

You can order flowers for any occasion at the reception. The next flower store is about 200m away at the marketplace.

Garage

For a fee of 10€ per day you can park your car in our garage. Please contact us at the reception desk.

Hiking corner

You will find various hiking suggestions with the
corresponding brochures here. We also offer you hiking poles and backpacks for a small rental fee of 5,-€.

Hygiene products

such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, wet razors, body lotion, shampoo, soap etc. are available at our reception.

Ironing

We will iron your clothes against a fee. Contact our Reception for a Ironingboard and Iron.

Laundry

We are happy to wash & iron your clothes. Take a laundry bag out of your wardrobe and put the clothes to be cleaned in the bag. If you hand in the laundry bag before 9:00 a.m., we guarantee to wash and iron your laundry within 9 hours.

Lawn

A lawn is located directly at the house.

Liability

If you want you can safe your valuables in our house-safe. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings that are not locked in our safe. We will store your money against receipt.

Linen change

is every second day. On request you can get an additional linen change for a fee of 15€.

Luggage

We will bring your luggage to your room and we’ll bring it back to your car on the day of departure. Of course we will store your luggage safely after your check-out if you would like to have a walk around the city. Please contact our reception number: 100.

Mailbox

A Mailbox is located across the Street on Sonnenplatz. If you like we will handle it for you.

Mattresses

We have high-quality pocket spring or latex mattresses on your bed with boilable, waterproof and virus-proof encasings.

Newspaper

Daily newspapers and magazines can be found in the coat rack of our restaurant.

Parking

You can find free parking spaces on our court. You can also reserve one for a charge of 10€. If you don’t longer stay at our house, parking is 15€ per day.

If there is no free space left you will find the Undergroundparking „tiefgarage am Schloss“ (200m, 50ct/h, 6pm to 8am and on weekends for free)

Payment

You can pay your hotel bill the evening before your departure or on the day of departure in cash, by EC or credit card. Also contact free

Personal scale

If you need a personal scale, please ask at the reception.

Pets

you are welcome to bring your pet along after consultation.
We charge € 12,- per animal.

Pharmacy

Please ask fort he next (emergency) farmacy at our reception.

We have pillows of various sizes available for you. If you are not satisfied with the one you have choose one of the following pillows.

If you want to listen to the radio you can do this on the television. All Channels from 920 upwards are Radiochannels

Restaurant

In our Restaurant we servce classic german food. Our opening hours are everyday starting at 11:30h to 14:30h and from 18:00h to 22:00h. Kitchen closes at 21:00h. Monday and Friday are our days off.

Reception

Our reception is opened for 12 hours a day. Under the phone number 100 the reception can be reached at any time.

Roomservice

Please let us know if you need something (phone number 100). We are happy to serve you food and drinks in your room. A menu with a selection of food and drinks is attached. We serve it from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Safe

We will lock your valuables at our house-safe. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings that are not locked in our safe.

Satisfaction

Could we meet your needs? Did you enjoy your stay? Was there something you didn’t like or that we should do better?
Let us know on the evaluation sheet above so that we can also solve this problem and prevent it from occurring again.

Sewing kit

You will find a sewing kit in your room. We will be happy to carry out small sewing jobs for you. Please contact our reception staff.

Shoe polish

You will find a shoe cleaning sponge in your room. Our shoe cleaning
machine is on the first floor, opposite room no. 2. You will find a shoehorn in your room.

Shuttleservice

Our vehicle fleet is at your disposal. We pick you up and take
you to the bus and train. For our cycling and hiking guests, we are happy to transport luggage to the next accommodation for a small and cost-covering fee.

Slippers

Smoking

Please note that smoking is not permitted on you room. You can smoke at our community balcony on the first floor opposite number 5.

Taxi

Our reception staff will be happy to organise a taxi for you. If you would like to call a taxi yourself, we recommend Taxi Böck on 2313. Please let them know your room number.

Telephone

For the outside line, dial “0” on your room telephone. Room service is available on 100.

Towels

Imagine how many towels get washed in our world for no reason. To reduce this environmental burden we ask you for help! Put your towel on the floor to get a new one. Leaf it on the towelrail to keep it. We thank you and our environment does too!

Train station

Tauberbischofsheim is reachable by foot. When you leav the entrance, turn left.

Wake-up call

We are happy to arrange a wake-up call for you. Please follow the instructions on the telephone or contact our reception.
