Normally you can cancel your reservation till 6 pm on arrival day. Please be kind enough to tell us your cancelation plans as soon as possible.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are very welcome at our place, in the hotel as in the restaurant. (Please understand that we keep the renovated rooms, animal-free for allergics.) We charge an extra cleaning fee of €10,00 per pet and night.
A later breakfast is unfortunately not possible, as we have to get our restaurant ready for lunch afterwards. You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast in the garden in summer.
Are there cribs available?
Even the small guests shouldn´t come short. If you need an extra bed or a crib, let us know within the booking process. We will put them up for check-in.
Until when can I have breakfast?
Start your day right. Our breakfast is Monday to Friday 7:00 – 10:00 am an on the weekand and on holydays 7:00 – 10:00 am.
It is not possible for us to expand the breakfast times, because we need to get the restaurant done for lunchtime. In summer we can offer you to widen the breakfast in the outdoor area.

Is there free Parking?
You will find free parking spaces in our inner courtyard. (subject to availability) If there is no free parking space, you will find the undergroundparking "am Schloss" just a few meters away. It is free at night and on weekends. Otherwise €0.50 per hour.
Where can i put my Bike?
You can park your bike in our secure garage. You can also load here if necessary.
